Default help with vavletrain

I have some bad lost motion assemblies and need to replace them, I am thinking of going with the H22 ones, I could probly get stock ones from the dealer (im in europe) but I would like to have the h22 ones because they are simular to the typr r ones. my only problem is I know you need 1/4" washers, but in europe they only have metric stuff so if anyone has any ideas on what size to use please let me know. or if you could get me the right ones, ill pay for them. thanks

also i dont have the funds for the itr or gsr ones.

sorry this is a repost, i dont think anyone saw the first one.

i hope you're not in france. france sucks....and drinks the nut.

if you can track down the exact specs needed somewhere, i'll gladly scoop some up from ace hardware and ship them your way. free shipping @ work ftw

good luck bump

just convert from sae to metric...make sure you measure each shim....from my experience they always vary in size....so just buy a lot of extras and use the ones that are closest in spec to that of what you need

the specs are 1/4 inches inside diameter and .040 inches thick. dont know if i will need em yet though, ill let you know thanks. also what all special tools/supplies do I need if any? oh and I heard the prelude ones diameter is smaller than the b series ones, could this cause them to move in the bore and wear it out? thanks
