your not going to gain much with just a slip on, so there really is no point for it but sound. If your trying to gain power or speed just go -2 +1.

trust me. that exhaust isnt the typical canisters you get from d&d. there was actual research and development that went into that specific slip on and it definately does produce power. its one of the best and most sought after exhaust for the 600rr and its discontinued. and i must say it sounds amazing. my friend is selling his for 380obo.

My buddy has one on his 600RR and these things are super loud. He got it dyno'd with a PCIII K&N and that exhuast and put down 106whp on 93 pump. These things actually do add power even though they are super loud and annoying.

i dont know whwere you did your research, but d&d isn't a top tier company. you're going ot have a bunch of d&d sackriders, but honestly compare a d&d system to an arata/akrapovic/arrow system for the RRs and you'll understand

One friend has a full sato system that put down 109 on U4 and other guy I know put down 112 with an arrow on U4. The U4 usually adds abour 3-4HP. You do that math

This is my first post In the moto section, but I had a d&d on my 03 gxr and I loved it. Bit the only thing besides belching flames sometimes. Was the noise. It was cool during the day but late night it got to be alittle annyoing. Plus the 4 tickets. Not sack ridding but it was cool. I was not trying to be the fastest. never dyno but I did feel the diffrence from stock. and it was a full setup

um no matter what the company, exhausts arent meant to 'add power' on 600s

unlike 1000s, the reason why track riders put exhausts and power commanders on their 600s is to increase throttle response for smoother power output. That extra 3-4 horsepower wouldnt be worth the 3-600 for an exhaust and 300 for power commander
