Default viper alarm??

I have an old school viper alarm does anybody know if you can disable the auto door lock and unlock feature?? it was all cool until i got a turbo now if you cant arm it unlook the turbo timer turns the car off and when it does it unlocks the doors so you have to stand there and wait until it shuts off to lock and arm the alarm. i dont know the model number but its a blue remote 4 button without the lcd

any help here??

without the model number it's gonna be tough.
i can get it for you if you get the model number.
a lot of times you have to go through a vutton pushing/ key turning combo

maybe you can just take the fuse out for the auto locks. I dont know if this is safe but, it might help.

yes you can, on any viper alarm that has ignition controlled door locks you can disable them, you will have to go into the options menu and disable them with the valet switch or use a bitwriter. Any alarm installation shop should be able to do it for you no problem, or if you wish to attempt it yourself you will have to know which model alarm you have, and then you can go to DEI's website and check on how to program your specific alarm at http://www.directechs.com

that would be one hell of a guess cause a lot of higher end viper alarms use that style of remote<big one>
in case you can't find it it's on the brain box.
