Default White smoke, not coolant...

I have a 90 CRX Si, with a B16, has about 100k mi on it. Recently I have been seeing white smoke coming nout of my exhaust. At idle on cold days and when warming up and when in Vtec it spits some out. Its not coolant, smells horrible like burnt something and burns your eyes. I was running a chip with BRE running no o2s sensors becuase I only have one and it doesnt like it. I burnt a chip enabling one o2 sensor and the ammount of smoke went down dramtically. I am also running no cat. Here are my compression results:
190 175 190 196
After adding a few drop of oil in each cylinder:
195 185 200 196

What could this be? I know the number 2 ring is getting bad but could it be a valve seal? Thats the only thing I can think of. Do you have to take the head off to change out the valve seals?

I have a 10.8:1 D16a6, and have the buddy club spec II exhaust, which most of you know that there really isn't much to it to begin with, besides light weight thin wall ss tubing with a resonator... thats it! I had a stock cat on there for the longest time, and I had the car apart not too long ago and decided to take the cat out and I put some cheesy hand me down hi flow cat( which really didn't look like much more than a smaller resonator) on, and Since then I have been noticing that if I am at a stoplight and just idling for about a minute, as soon as I start to go a puff of white smoke comes out, and thats it. I can be on the interstate and do like 3rd gear pulls and when I shift to 4th a SMALL puff of black smoke will come out, but that is expected at 7500rpm. I don't know if it is the cat delete. My coolant looks awesome, and the motor wasbuilt about 8k miles ago, and I have only been having this small problem lately. about 1k miles, since I put the "hi flow" cat in.
