Default Volk Te-37 Offset and width?

Sup guys, just wondering if i could get some insight as to what width and offset to buy for a set of Te-37's. I'm normally in the nissan forums and know way more information-wheel/tire/suspension specs for my 350Z than for the integra, but since theres not many honda owners in the Z forums i thought i could ask here. As some of you may know Volk has released the special edition Time Attack Te's and Ce's, and thought the te's would look great. 16's is what i'd to stay with and something through a 205-225 width tire are my only criteria. So if anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated.
