Default Flashing battery light for 10 minutes after cold start.

My 03 Civic LX has had a flashing battery light issue for the past 4 months. A full diagnostic by the Honda dealer showed nothing unusual, (but the light wasn't flashing at the time). This is a very rapid flash that lasts up to ten minutes after the first start in the morning. The start is crisp so the battery doesn't seem to be lacking. Originally the flashing lasted 1 to 3 minutes but has increased as of late. Any suggestions or similar experiences?
