Default Help with 4ws codes 70 and 29

I have a 1992 Si 4ws. I realize there is a ton of threads out there dealing with this topic, but I can't seem to narrow down my problem. This has been an ongoing problem for about 1 year. It started with an error 62, I found that write up and took care of that code. At the same time, I replaced alot of suspension parts: struts, springs, front upper control arms, front lower ball joints, rear upper ball joints, various bushings..etc. That lowered my car slightly, but it's not _low_ by any means. Anyways, after all that, I took it to the honda dealer and had it aligned. For about 4 days, things were going pretty good. Then the light came back on and I believe it's throwing codes 70 and 29. Also, something I've noticed and asked others to look at. It appears my tires look somewhat like this from the rear | \ not quite that bad, but the right rear seems to be in on the top. Strangely enough, I'm wearing the inside of that tire. I'm several sets of tires into this problem as is, any advice and guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Code 29 is the rear steering angle sensor, get a copy of the service manual and do the troubleshooting for it.

I'll go ahead and bring this one back up. Could anyone be more specific on what type of service manual I need? I need something more detailed than the Chilton's I currently have. Thanks.

On another note ( just got off the phone with the honda dealership that did my last alignment ) they're trying to blame my tire wear on it being lowered. That's BS right? if they're a suspension "technician", my car shouldn't be a problem for them should it? It's not lowered nearly as much as alot of cars I've seen on this forum, maybe an inch at the most.
