anyone here milled the intake or exhaust side of the head with good results?

Are you trying to resurface where the manifolds mount?

Milling will not increase air flow in any way that I am aware of. It is normal practice to mill the head or block to increase compression.

you port the intake side and port and polish the exaust side for beter flow.milling is just for comp. increase..
