I had to spend $200 to replace my oil pan because I turned the bot the wrong way. I just want everyone to know I am a dumbass.

Hey at least you didn't break a water temperature sender bolt inside your block.... I am more of a dumbass than you..... *note to self, stop workin out so much, your torqueing bolts too much* I now have to drill a new hole somewhere else, and then find a shop to drill the old one out.

for your next trick, boost in reverse

 

am i missing something? how do you mess an oil pan up by turning a bolt the wrong way? what bolt?

 

there is a trick to fix a stripped oil pan bolt on a b series and might work for a d series and h series. Replace the oil pan drainage bolt with a legend bolt

it's all good, i broke a spark plug off in the head of my BMW 2 days before NOPI National 2 years ago, needless to say i didn't get much sleep the next few nights
