Default 92-95 shocks question...

can 96-00 civic shocks be put on my 92-95 civic hatch without any modifications? some people told me its interchangeable without modifications while others said i have to put washers on it. has anyone done this? thanks in advance.

i just recently ordered tokico shocks for my civic and the ones for the 96-00 are skinnier then the ones for the 92-95 so i had to put tape around it to bulk it up some so my coilovers wouldnt slip

thats all i had to do

Or you can shave off some of your bushings.
