like the rod bearings and main bearings?

k i plan on swapping in the internals from a D15B2 into a Y7 block. so can i use the same bearings?

If the bearings aren't worn, then yes you can. I am not sure if they are compatible with the y7, but if they are, then it is ok to reuse them.

just called Honda and the Main bearings are the same.

Depending on the cost of new bearings might want to replace them if your already there it sucks spinning a bearing after just putting in a motor.
