**Blinged out my wheels (my wrist hurts)**
Had my Si's kicking around forever and finally decided to do something with them. I was originally going to powdercoat them a dark gunmetal color but changed my mind and went the polished route. This is my first time ever polishing metal, I'm happy with the results.
This is what they looked like before:
Just felt like sharing, any feedback is always good.

i've planning on doing the same to my meshies but i think after wheel #1 & #2 i'd be so sick of polishing i'd just want to give up... i hate polishing by hand

Yea it definately takes alot of work. Lots of and satellite radio make it easier

Each wheel takes about 5-6 hours doing it the way I did.

Yep still have it, the Buick isn't getting neglected, I've been busy with her too but haven't been posting many updates here lately.

I feel you on that one I had a set of special edition that took me 2 weeks... 2 of them were painted black on top of the oem paint so it took longer to get in down to the bare metal, then I end up selling them to a friend that still ****** owes me $$$
All that hard work for nothing, so I dont think I would do it again

You ain't lying, it's funny though b/c to truly appreciate a polished wheel I think you need to have polished wheels yourself at some point.
