Default ZC in 90 CRX SI

My friend just dropped in a zc out of a us integra 1st gen and the wires in the drivers side is different, simular to a 88-91 civic hatch/sedan 14pin while crx si have the 12pin. and theirs a small box plug on the passanger side it has 6 plugs and the zc harness has 4 plugs. What harness or harnesses are used for this to work. and another thing what that thing on the 1st cam in front of the dizzy?

Also I think a ZC isn't a USDM motor.

Just a note, if it was the stock motor from the Integra, it's not a ZC. Similar, but not exactly the same. And the sensor on the exaust cam is the Cylinder Position Sensor, you will have to wire this up when changing your distributor wiring. Follow the advice from those links above, they're good stuff .

and you will have to fabricate mounts to install it in the 90 CRX - also, you won't be able to get all of the bolts from the transmission to the block and the starter will have only one bolt holding it on - for any swap, you use the engine wiring harness from the car you are swapping into, not the harness that is on the swapped engine
