Default DOHC ZC CRX wont stay running??? alternator??

Hey guys, i have a 89 CRX with a DOHC ZC swap. It ran fine when i first got it, then it sat for a few days an there was a slow drain coming from a fuse, i got that all taken care of but never really started it back up an it sat for about a month and the battery was completly dead. Jumped it today and it ran for a little while , maybe 10-15 mins then shut off, turned the key and the cluster lights jus dimly came on. COuld this be the alternator not charging the battery? Or what could it be??

Try to give the battery a full charge then get it started up and test voltage with the car running. voltage from the alt should be around 14v
