I installed seats from a 94 Cavaliere 4 door on a 91 Isuzu pickup that originaly had a bench seat. Fotunately I didn't have to modify anything in the cab of the truck or the seats, just a set of custom mounts.
Im sure its deffinately doable, just make sure you plan every thing.
BTW, if you do decide to go ahead and do such a swap, make sure you start on the passenger seat first, that way should things not go according to you plans the car will still be drivable. And when you get to the drivers seat, you'll already know what to do and will have minimal down time.
