BLOx Spec B valve lash??
I was wondering what I should set my valve lash too for my blox spec b cams, they suggest .08-.09 for intake and .09-.10 for exhaust, thats what I have it set to right now and i just dont understand why they recomend that, my valve train is also a little loud because of it, should I just set the valve lash to factory specs?? I cant imagine why there specs would be better for high revving higher lift with such loose clearances. Can some one please exlapin this to me??

If you have upgraded valvetrain, it will be louder then stock. It also depends on how you do the valve adjustment, tools used, method used, how you feel the adjustment etc etc. In fact, the first time I did a valve adjustment on my Skunk2 cams it sounded like I had bent valves. You just gotta have the "feel" on the tugging part of the valve adjustment. OH BTW you're missing a "0" on your feeler guage. Supposed to be .008 and .009.
sorry it is .008-.009, and btw my valve train isnt overly loud its what i expected, its not rediculously louder than stock just a lil bit, i was more concerned about what valve lash to set it at
I have the blox valve springs in there and i set the valve lash to stock specifications or should I set them to what blox I haven't installed the blox stage b cams in yet
