Default Wheel difference?

I have 185/65/14's on my HX wheels now and my EG doesnt look lowered 2.25. My friend has 185/60/14 and his car is slammed and his car is lowered 2.25 . Im just wondering if my car will look a lot lower if i had 185/60/14 on my eg?

If you switch from 185/65-14 tires to 185/60-14 tires, your car will be 9.25 millimeters (.36417 of an inch) lower.

the series tire you have is that % of the tread width.

so if you get 185/60/14's your tire height will be 60% of 185 millimeters.

right now your tire height is 65% of a 185 millimeters, so yes... if you get 185/60/14's your car will sit a little lower but your wheel gap will get slightly bigger.
