I've got the Blues w/ Neuspeed Race springs and so far haven't had any problems. Some people may have diff. experiences with the Blue with 2"+ drops.

i have blues w/ neuspeed now at 2 inches. no probs. had blues w/ h&r on the crx at 2 1/4 inches. no probs. tokico recommends no more than 1 1/2 inches cause it voids the warranty on their product.

oh, had the slightest camber prob. on the crx, front only. my 93 civic has one too, but barely noticable.

DO NOT GET TOKICO BLUES!!! listen to me man. i have the blues and it sucks!!!
i have gound controls with the tokico blues and it rides really harsh. i have about a 2inch drop on my car. the reason for this is, the blues cant really handle the drop. maybe you can lower your **** about an inch at the most. if you plan on going lower than that i strongly do not recommend tokico's. just spend that extra $$$ and get the Koni's. they are great and it'll last you long as time, and its adjustable. in my opinion, if you're gonna get coilovers you really need adjustable shocks or struts too. if your budget is kinda tight, get the AGX. its adjustable and has pretty good ratings.

Ummm. i have blues with GC's and custom rates which is 500 front 450 rear and i have no complaints and i am dropped 2in , The harsh conditions you talk about (which are probably minimal) happen to all cars with coilover SLEEVES, its just gonna happen.
