code 21 from a pr3 ecu? no vtec at all.....help!!!

code 21 from a pr3 ecu? no vtec at all.....help!!!
ok so i taped into pin b16 on the ecu for my cluster install and it wall went to hell. now the ecu is throwing a code "21" looked it up and it's for the vtec solenoid can anyone help me?

how come its always the simple stuff that no one ever thinks of at first......i feel like such a *** it was just the vtec solenoid pin to the ecu. when i was messin with the harness at the ecu i guess i handled it to "ruff", it slipped out of the plug. we'll i put it back in its' place and all is well thanks for the help guys.
