Default obd0/obd1 ecu socketing/chipping guys

i stumbled across a box of chips and i think they are compatible with these ecus but i want to make sure. they read as follows:

part number M27C64A
-15F1
B880A
0148L
singapore

they are 28 pin and look exactly like the zif chips we all use. thanks.

Do they have a little window where you can see the chip? If so, you will need a uv chip eraser. If not, they are OTP (one time programmable) chips.
