Default transmission question.

is there anythign different bt si trans. and dx trans besides gear ratio. and will the si cv joint fit into the dx spindle?

the only difference between the DX and Si is the final drive gears - completely interchangeable, except 88 transmissions only fit 88 model cars, unless you change the clutch - DX and Si axles are the same
