Default Shifter Arm leakage? what to do?

does anyone else or has anyone else experienced this problem and how do you fix it? is it just the 0-ring below the shifter arm assembly or is it something differen't. any help would be nice
sorry for the crappy pictures. I tired my best.

oh and on another note is this a cam seal leak or not.

it can't be the valve cover cause it has no sign's of leakage from that area.

There is some oil seals in the 'shift arm cover' as they call it. Check out the diagrams on slhondaparts.com or hondaautomotiveparts.com and you can order new seals.

get a better pic of that. But I would put money on the intake cam seal cause those tend to go out alot on hseries motors. If not its valve cover gasket
