Are the valve covers on D15b's alluminum or steel? i was told if theyt are alluminum then they wont ground out? and i see people putting their ground wires on the valve cover all the time, so thats what i decided to do? but is it going to make a difference if the head isnt steel? anyway basically what i am asking is it steel or allumiunum

Aluminum conducts electricity, so yes, it can be grounded.
