Default Larger bore size...

Can someone please explain to me how increasing the bore size of a motor effects the powerband and what does it do to the redline of that motor. I've searched everywhere and can't seem to find any answers. I would really appreciate the help. Thank you for your time.

Increasing bore size in general does not effect torque and hp peaks. It typically increases torque and hp but doesn't effect redline potential.

So basically boring a motor just works on the existing powerband and doesn't move it or the redline potential?
