4th Gen Fog light Question..????
Hey whats up every Prelude lovers...I would just like to say that I'm new here in the forum..and I'm happy to be here too..."WHAT'S UP EVERYBODY..!!!" I just recently bought some fog lights and my question is...Does anybody have a diagram or someone knows on how to install them..???? "THANKS"
the foglights are in the bottom by the lip.
the lights you are talking about are the bumper blinker lights
first you have to unscrew 2 of the bolts, one on each side of the bumper as shown in this picture

and after you unscrew the bolt, the blinker should slide out towards you.
and to get the sides off
unscrew these on the passenger and driver side. and they should slide out how the front ones do.

if u got any questions lemme know
if you are talking about the yellow foglights though, the ones that are on the bottom of the bumper then i dunno how to wire them :/

If he's talking about the ones under the "side lights" or "bottom lights" what ever you want to call them, I have been told the wires are behind the bumper, but I don't know never actually tried them on my self, so if you take it off and they aren't there, It's not my fault!
What are you all talkin about? He is talkin about the FOGLIGHTS...not the bumper lenses. Take out the bumper lights, reach in there somewhere and the wires to connect your foglights are in there. Then depending on your model prelude, if you take the drivers side tweeter cover off, and search around in there...The wires for you fogs should be just chillin' in there. Connect that to a switch and you should be ready. Just my noobish 2 cents.

4th gen Preludes are pre-wired for foglights. You should have the connectors behind the bumper already . . . hopefully the foglights you purchused still have the wiring and connectors attached. You will need a switch, or simply jump the switch connector so they are always on with the headlights. This topic has been covered at length.
Here is what you need and how to do it, step by step. Hope this helps... http://www.hondaautomotivepart....html

only if you put it in the panel that is to the left of the steering wheel. I have a 5th gen one in mine, it replaced my cruise control button when i ripped the cruise control out. Mine now controls amber driving lights in the high beam lights.
