Default do i have to take this out???

i am doing the sohc vtec in a few weeks as soon i get 2 days off in my work.. well i got the ingredients, ecu , vtec engine and i am using my dx harness to work it on this engine....when i wire the intake manifold, this type of MPFI doesnt use that many vacumm hoses... the DPFI had a black bottle on the firewall., i belevei for gas returned and what keeps the pressure(dont know the name of that ****).. that stays right???

it could be your charcol canister which is emissions. without it the car will run fine but it will just run a tad rich

if its running rich , its ok, bc ill have a vtec controleer made by me and when it hits vtec i can use the xtra fuel
