ok i've installed the cluster everything worked fine but the speedo "i know it has to have the e-vss" so i picked one up from a friend wired it in and hooked up to pin b16 now i get a cel. the code "obd 0 pr3 ecu if it helps " goes as follows:

ok so no one knows? or what....i've tried switching the power to the signal wire and the signal to the ground and splitting the **** and nothing i have no vtec and the code is a 21 which i didnt even know the pr3 ecu had...any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!
