Default Poorman's type R hp rating track times

alright guys, just put in a gsr block w/b16 head in my ek civic. ITR cams, and the usual intake header exhaust combo. Does anyone that has had experience with this set up know what kind of power I should expect from this set up...im currently running a si ECU but about to change over to a chipped p28. how about track times? thanks!!!

Pretty heavy car to go fast with just bolt ons. Maybe A decent tune on a Hondata you could be in the Low 15's or High 14's with traction (slicks)

dont lose hope man.. I'm on the same setup.. best time is 13.8 at 102mph.. I'm not sure about the hp but i know it anit much.. just takes a good driver.. This was with full interior and street tires.. depends on driver and skills..

I'd estimate somewhere in the 165- 175 whp range for power (once tuned). 14 second timeslips atleast with a good track, conditions, and driver.
