Constant power to power mirrors, wipers, headlights,tailights.......why???

The second I hook up my battery the lights go on, and the second I turn my key half way the wipers turn on and mirrors start moving.

Why is this....Everything is grounded fine.

Any ideas...?

what am i exactly looking for in the fuse box?...obviously not blown fuses, so what exactly am i looking for and as for the wiring i checked that and its all connected up right.

Check and recheck the wiring!
did it just start doign this??
Did something happen before it started doing it?
Sounds like there is a constant wire hooked up wrong
