I dont see why it wouldnt work...I have a JDM ITR cluster in my 97, and the cluster came from either a 98 or 99...but why do you wanna put a RS cluter in your GSR???

It physically fits but the wiring is wrong. You will have to swap out the gauges out and move it to your old cluster or swap out the green electronic grid to make it work.
