Default intake or exhaust cam??

on a gsr what makes more a difference changing the intake cam or the exhaust cam??? i did a search and couldent find much.. help me out... thanks

On an NA motor, the Intake cam.

For N/A, definitely the intake cam. You can also get both.

I made 173 HP and 124 TQ with CTR intake cam only (with cai, H/E, cam gears, Field SFC Vtec controller, etc.)

For FI, the exhaust cam may theoretically help more to help with exhaust scavenging while you would not want a lot of overlap or lift on the intake side since the FI is cramming plenty of air in there anyway. I don't know how much benefit has actually been seen with aftermarket cams for FI though. You can always just crank the boost up, hehe.
