Default AEM V2 for F22B1 -> H22A4

Would the AEM V2 for an F22B1 work for an H22A4 block? I have a CD5 btw. I'm asking because I'm planning an H22 swap hopefully sometime in 07. Right now I'm busy with transmission plans.

I'm not saying if the V2 fits on an H22. I'm asking if the F22B1 V2 application will work for an H22A4 after I do my swap. I've also found out that the F22B1 application is a short ram, while the application for the H22 is a cold air. Which one should I get. I trust AEM knows what it's doing when it made the F22 a short ram, but common sense tells me the CAI application is better because...duh it's CAI. In short, I'm stuck. Does anyone have an H22 application AEM V2 in their 94 Accord?
