Does $3500 for a 03 CBR600 sound good?
It's a 2003 CBR600 F4i w/ 16xxx mi
Good: exhaust, track tuned suspension (supposedly worth over $1k), and some other things I forgot
Bad: It was dropped once, but totally restored/recovered by insurance. I think he mentioned that the title is clean.
He selling it for 4500 originally, but 3500 for me. What do you all think?

You mentioned that this is the price he would give it to YOU for. How much do you trust him. See if he will let you take it to get checked out. If he will and everything checks out I would definately go for it. If he wont let you get it checked out then I would bail on it. Remember if it sounds too good to be true it usually is. Good Luck
1. Make sure the title is clean.
2. Make sure the frame is not damaged/bent.
3. Try to get the maintenance history.
4. Have a certified mechanic go over it thoroughly.
$3,500 is not a bad price, assuming that the bike is in good running condition.
