ZC swap into a 92-95 EH?
Anybody heard of this being done? Usually they are done on older 88-91s if I am correct. Somehow I seem to have this block with a D15 head if that is possible on my 94 civic dx hb (EH).
Also I think I am illegal for california, but if anyone from california knows for sure how to get me back legal without a total engine/tranny swap let me know?

I'm pretty sure it's been done but I don't have any links to verify that. If you're thinking about swapping in a ZC, then you're better off swapping in a d16z6. It'll bolt right in and all you have to do is run wires for vtec.
How are you "illegal"?

Well it seems to have the right head, but having a different block would make it illegal.. Hell I could be wrong and the whole thing could be ZC but I've never seen a picture of a ZC valve cover like that. Then again, valve covers can be switched, but the ocnfiguration of the plugs, oil cap still doesn't look like a ZC.
I also believe I would be illegal because the ZC engine is probably older than the car chassis.
