Default K20A2 convert to K20A (type R)

HEY guys, pls help a brother out. im seeing that why cant i just do the parts swapping to a K20a instead buying the whole 5,000 jdm block and etc. if you guys agree with me on this then can you pls tell me the difference between usdm and jdm motors so i can order parts and do the conversion. and for those who oppose ill be open to your opinion towards this conversion. thanks. holler back guys. hope to see some of you guys at lowes saturday night ;-)

IMO get a RHD DC5 saves alot of money, the camshafts are different, type r has a LSD, the inake manifold the valve cover, the type r final drive, flywheel, pistons, there are probably lots more..

The differences are:
head has mild port/polish job in the intake runners and bowls, cam, lighter valvetrane, intake and exhaust manifold, higher comp pistons w/coating, heavier crank, lighter flywheel, tranny has different final drive and lsd, ecu is different too, painted valve cover, higher chromium content rods....not sure, but think the throttle body is 2mm larger.
