what year civic is an SL3 tranny off of?
i have a clutch from ebay that says its for 90-91 civic, but it does not fit, splines dont line up. I know that 88-89 are different than 90-91 bc one has more plines then they other, what are the differences in 88-89 and 90-91?

88 has 21 splines, 89-91 has 20. Hope that helps.

 

it has 20 so its 89-91 and my clutch wont fit on the right way, but does fit on the wrong, well opposite lol

 

comes from the SOHC ZC's in integras from japanland.

its exactly the same as the Si tranny.

the clutch should be the same as a 90-91 Si.
