Default is my intake manifold supposed to hit the proportioning valve/firewall??

91 obd0 b18 swap into my 93 auto hatch. I have both of the side mounts in place pretty much but the IACV on the intake manifold is hitting the proportioning valve on the firewall.
I see countless other b18 swapped civic pics and they dont look THAT cramped, what am I doing wrong??

I don't know what you did wrong, but don't let your manifold hit your PPV. If you drove down the road, and it torqued back, you'd basically lose the ability to brake

yeah......its only supposed to hit if you like the risk of losing your brakes and taking out a family of amish in their buggy.

how far forward is it supposed to sit??

anyone with the swap done measure the distance so I can try to see where I'm coming up short??

is the OBD-0 LS intake manifold wider than the OBD-1 intake manifold??
