it's very hard to know what's happen when all you have it's "I NEED HELP"

O sorry is a 93 accord and i have done almost everything changed trannys,tcu,solenoids,checked wires,change master relay,and d4 still blinks.I have also disconected the negative from the battery to reset it and nothing,it just wont reset
