OEM parts you should replace while the block is out...

Upper Gasket Kit
Lower Gasket Kit
Oil Pump
Timing Belt
Timing Belt Tensioner & Spring
Water Pump
Piston Ring Set x 4
Water Passage Pipe O-Rings x 2
Oil Control Orifice on Block
O-Ring for Breather Box (if applicable)
O-Ring on Head (Sits underneath the center Camshaft Holder)
Dowel Pins for Head (just incase it is damaged or lost during disassembly - happens quite often)
Throttle Body Gasket (Not included with Upper Gasket Kit)
Fuel Injector O-rings (If needed)
Honda-Bond
VTEC Solenoid Gasket and O-Ring
O-Rings for Intake and Exhaust Rocker Shaft Orifice
Washers for Block Freeze Plugs
Thermostat & Gasket

You should also replace/upgrade the rod bolts.

Do you have fuel management for the bigger injectors?

Do you plan to upgrade the cams? If so....upgrade outer valve springs and LMA.
