That metal strip on my black Prelude looks like crap. Most of the paint is cracked and fallen off, showing the shiny metal underneath.

Any suggestions on going about repairing/repainting this? i.e., what sort of paint to use, etc.

 

sand it down and use that rubber bumper paint or just buy a new one for like 35 bucks

I hate all that rubber crap, all of mine are busted up like that too. It'll be a fortune to replace all of them. Has anyone sucessfully painted the trim?

What's that piece called, do you know? If I were to buy a new one. "Metal strip under side windows thing" is too long
