Default is my block still usable

awhile back i was pushin an unknow shot of nitrous on my stock d16z6 on the highway tryin to keep up with my buddies blown ep3, story short, i spun a bearin on the crankshaft, to my knowledge thats all that was wrong with it. i pulled the head off and left the block and all other componets outside for the winter. is it still usable? i've been thinkin bout building it up if it is. would anyone know?

take it to a machine shop for a rebuild. they'll tell you if it's usable.

its still usable. if the spun bearing put grooves in your crank ditch it and get another one. get after market bearings acl,king what ever. go up a size on your pistons, so you bore & hone the cyclindar walls to make a nice ring seal.
