Are there any DIY for lowering a 06 Honda Fit???

Just wondering if there are any links or DIY's on how to lower a 06 Honda Fit...

I juss bought Tein S.tech's for my Fit and was wondering if there is any guides to how to lower this car...

yea dont be scared to pop that top bolt off in the front suspension. and 4 hands are better than 2. especially when it comes to the rear.

I'm guessing the front would be like changing springs on any other car. The rear is what gives me pause.
