Default Status seats

Im still trying to decide, do I go for Status seats or Recaro's, Bride or Sparco's. They are all great, but Im looking for a really nice seat. Is Kevlar a good choice?

Im interested in these seats as well. I need to find a set of one or even two piece seats that fits my 40" waist besides the Sparco EVO L or EVO 3. I have a set of Memory fabs but they are way to narrow for me.

you wanna buy seats that you are comfortable in. don't buy seats without having sat in them.

status seats to me are overrated because most people i've seen on the board with status seats don't even race.

waiting on the STATUS reclinables to be available

If you got the money, the quality on the seats are awesome. And sitting in them *the fixed buckets* They are snugg, but seem comfy. I havent taken any trips in them, but my buddy has a few of them in all of his cars And says they are comfortable as hell on long trips.

40" waist is gonna make it difficult to find a comfortable racing seat.

Yeah, thanks! It's real fun when i have to test a boat with small seats and my hips get crushed everytime the boat gets air.

i was simply stating that on HT, they're overrated because it's more a bling factor on this specific board. i never said they weren't FIA approved and i never said they were just for looks.

i never said i didn't support status seats because it wasn't jdm. i simply was stating that people who support them in the area is simply due to the bling factor.

i am sure status are quality seats, but haven't personally seen them for anything other than bling. that doesn't mean i wouldn't recomment them. i just wouldn't go around recommending them simply for the fact that they're status seats or from washington state.
