Chipping OBD1 P72 ECU

had a look but cant seem to find anywhere that lists what i need (hardware) and has a how to.

can anyone help me

check out Pgmfi.org as well. Has some good info. Where it says install a cap in c51 and c52. It really isn't neccessary
