i dont know if you like this look:
But I did a jet hot coating on the valve cover instead of the polished look.
its not smooth like polish, but it does have the bling effect. hehe.

I took a wire brush on a high speed drill and went to town. It isn't polished, but a raw, brushed look.

Not that I want to do this.....but would'nt a sand blaster and some mothers polish do it?

paint stripper, wire brush, then polish it.

HOW ABOUT CHROMING IT ?
I wanna either polish or chrome it so it doesnt chip later on.

Chrome is mad expensive, will neverever properly stick on the geasy aluminum, and can just as easily be chipped as paint.

Im either gonna get a new one from the dealer, (since I work there) or powdercoat the one I have during the winter.Whatever is cheapr.
