Comp cam question?

Comp cam question?
Alright, The stage one Zex (comp) cams are lisited as CTR+. which means they should perform alittle better then the OEM CTR. Well the specs for the
comp cam are:
Lift Intake: .435 (11.05mm)
Lift Exhaust: .390 (9.90mm)
Specs for the CTR are:
Lift Intake: .452 (11.5mm)
Lift exhaust: .413 (10.5mm)
If the OEM CTR cam has way more lift then the Comp cam, how can they list it as CTR+???
