Default Horn wavering

My girl complains that the stock horn in her '99 EX sedan with 91k is wavering. When she hits the horn and stays on the button the pitch goes up and down? Is there a fix or should I just replace the horns with higher dbl. ones?

[QUOTE=shortlid]When she hits the horn and stays on the button [QUOTE] Does this happen often in everyday driving? LOL!! I havent used my horn for like a year! It could also be an electrical issue. Possibly a surge. If there isnt water in it, then disconnect the horn (the part that makes the noise) and put a voltmeter on the wires and have her do what she does best and see if it diviates up and down. If so, changing the the horn wont help.
