Default Dust seal allow brake fluid to leak?

#15..

im having a leak from somewhere on top of the tranny by the shift arm lever and slowly drips onto the floor.. not constant but give it some time like a few hours and itll leave its mark. im wondering if this dust seal would allow brake fluid to seep out?

Those parts belong to the tranny. There should not be any brake fluid inside those components. MTF yes, but not brake fluid.

If you are losing brake fluid in your clutch master cylinder you ought to check your slave cylinder and lines. Sounds like the clutch line that runs close to those parts you listed is leaking.
