Default Injen CAI Problems. PLEASE HELP

Hey guys i have been using my injen cai for a while now but i didnt have the correct bolts to bolt up the intake support by the washer box. well today i got the correct parts to do it . i took off my front bumper and bolted it up the intake was sturdy and not wobbling....when i got in my car to go pick up a friend it was very hard to get the car into 1st, 3rd and 5th. right away i un bolted the intake support so i could go pick him up. I need help with why it is doing this and how to fix it. i am bolting it up right where it is suppose to be. my guess is it is probably hitting the shift link on top of the tranny...but how do i get around this so my intake will not be wobbling and resting on the front bumper and be able to shift into 1st, 3rd and 5th normally??? PLEASE HELP. Thanks

Check your clearances, your shift linkage is getting stuck on your intake.

you just need to loosen the connector to the elbow at the tb, rotate the pipe so that it clears the shift arm for every gear. its a simple, quick fix. and yes, that is teh problem you are having.
