Because the Hydro and Cable are diff??? if hes going to use a Hydro tranny he will need the mount as well because all the 1's i have seen where diffrent in EF chassis... if you see below the top left of both pics those are the tranny mounts and there diffrent (pics are for B series)...

dang, how much that kit ^ be going for? I have a b18 laying around but I kinda wanted to go with a D16z6 for once. I might change my mind if the price is right.
That is Innovative and retail price is $425.99, Hasport's retail is $499.00 but if you go threw a Vendor Like PasswordJDM, or Full-Race, ETC... you will fid them for cheaper then retail... Here is a pic of Hasports...

So which engine are you going to install with the hydro tranny, you mentioned both B-Series and a D16z6.
If you're installing a D16z6 in an 88-91, use a cable transmission - don't bother with the hydro atall, waste of time and money. Preferably the CRX Si tranny, or a ZC for even shorter gearing.

it works fine, you just need to grease the parts up well
<--- hasport hydro with 6 puck unsprung and action heavy *** pressure plate

I never posted the one I did for a customer but, yes, their kit I ran a few problems.

if not you could always change the knuckle joint out with the STD axle outter joint... i think they will work but not positive... you could always count the splin on the Axle and the Knucle or just take it out 1 day shove it in and see...
